Thread maker for X, Threads and Bluesky
Paste a long post and get a thread that fits: whole paragraphs where they fit, then whole sentences, never a word cut in half. X's count treats each link as 23 characters, and the 1/5 numbers count too.

How the thread maker splits a post
- Paragraphs first. A paragraph stays in one post when it fits. Two short ones share a post.
- Then sentences, then words. A paragraph that is too long is split between sentences, and a sentence that is too long between words.
- Your own breaks. A line that holds only
---always starts a new post, so you decide where the hook ends. - Counted like each network. On X a link counts as 23 characters and most emoji as 2. Threads and Bluesky are counted as the characters you see. Check a single post with the character counter.
- Nothing leaves your browser. The text is split on this page and is not sent anywhere.
