Text and link posts go to the Page feed. Photos go to the Page photos endpoint, and several uploaded photos can be attached to one feed post. Video and Reels go through the Video API.
The person connecting the Page must be able to perform the CREATE_CONTENT, MANAGE and MODERATE tasks on it.
Facebook accepts a scheduled post from an outside tool. A feed post sent with published set to false and a scheduled_publish_time is stored by Facebook and goes live at that time.
Meta’s two pages disagree on the window: the Graph API reference says 10 minutes to 75 days from the request, the Pages API guide 10 minutes to 30 days. A multi-photo post scheduled this way must also be marked as scheduled content, and the same reference has a backdated_time field that places a post in the past.
The API publishes as a Page. For a personal profile the reference lists reading the feed and states that creating, updating and deleting are operations that cannot be performed, so a scheduler has no way to post to a personal Facebook profile through Meta’s API.

At launch, each Page you connect counts as one channel on your plan. Facebook requires the person connecting a Page to be able to create content on it.
Once Postnavo launches, you connect ChatGPT, Claude, OpenClaw or another agent and ask it to plan posts for a Page, for example a week of updates from your product news. The posts are scheduled to the Page, never to a personal profile, and show in your calendar first.
No tool can through Meta’s API. The Graph API reference says a post cannot be created on a person’s feed, so scheduling covers Facebook Pages.
