What Instagram’s API lets a scheduler publish
Feed images, video, Reels, Stories and carousels, on professional accounts only, and every one of them built from an image or a video. Publishing takes two calls: create a container for the media, then publish it. A container that is not published within 24 hours expires, and Meta fetches the file from a public URL at that moment.
A Reel can be shared to the feed, carry a cover image and name collaborators. A trial reel, shown only to non-followers, can be published as well.
